Payment Terms and Transparency

At Fluenciel Language Academy, we believe in transparent payment terms and a smooth learning experience. We offer flexible payment options to help students begin their language-learning journey with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in a course.

1. Full Payment Option

Students may choose to pay the complete course fee before their course begins. Once payment has been received and confirmed, enrolment will be processed and classes will be scheduled according to the mutually agreed timetable.

2. Flexible Instalment Option

Eligible courses may be paid for in two instalments.

First Instalment — 50% of the Course Fee

The first 50% of the total course fee must be paid before the first class. Classes will begin only after the initial payment has been received and confirmed.

Second Instalment — Remaining 50%

The remaining 50% of the total course fee must be paid after completion of 15 classes, by the agreed payment due date.

Students choosing the instalment option must follow the agreed payment schedule. The instalment arrangement and payment due dates will be confirmed by the Fluenciel team before the course begins.

3. Late Payment Policy

Students must complete all payments by the agreed due dates.

If payment is not received by the due date, classes will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding payment has been received and confirmed.

Classes will resume once the pending payment has been cleared. Any adjustments to the class schedule due to payment-related suspension will be communicated by the Fluenciel team.

Students are encouraged to contact us before the payment due date if they anticipate difficulty completing their payment on time.

4. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

Students should retain their payment confirmations for future reference. Fluenciel will provide payment acknowledgements or receipts according to the applicable billing process.

Students are requested to share the necessary payment details with the team to help ensure accurate payment records.

5. Enrolment & Class Scheduling

Enrolment and class scheduling will be confirmed after the required initial payment has been received.

Students must confirm their selected course, total course fee, payment method, and applicable instalment schedule before classes begin.

Any special payment arrangements must be discussed with and approved by the Fluenciel team in advance.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation requests are subject to Fluenciel Language Academy's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Students are encouraged to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment or beginning their course.

7. Payment Responsibilities

Students are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed accurately and within the agreed timelines. Payment-related concerns should be communicated to Fluenciel as early as possible.

Fluenciel aims to maintain clear communication with every student regarding course fees, payment confirmations, instalments, and outstanding balances.
